The person who took the call was able to answer my questions of the product and gave me the confidence to buy the product immediately . He also didnt hesitate to price match the product to another vendor. The product was delivered to second floor flat ( which has no lift) with no issues. And the product is working as expected . This is my second large Indesit product and Iam quite hopeful it will last just like my other one . "

"Overall does what you need it to and is very good value for the price. Some of the wash times are very long but the 30 mins wash cycle and the options on the dry times do really help. Not too noisy either and I like that this has a digital screen showing you show long it left. "
