"We’ve not had it for long, but it feels solid and effective - amazing how much technology has moved on since the one we bought a decade ago! An added plus which we hadn’t realised was that the water outlet can be fed into a drainage pipe so you don’t need to always empty the tank. "

"Works well and we are happy with it. The only slight issue is that it never seems to get everything perfectly dry, it's all dry but ever so slightly damp. I think it might just be how these heat pump type machines are."
"Good quality tumble drier with lots of different functions. Takes longer to dry than old condenser drier, but more energy efficient. Clothes dry well & seem to come out softer. "
"This is an excellent tumble dryer with lots of different programmes. Its outward appearance is good too. Because the drum is so large, the clothes aren't all jammed together during the drying process, which not only shortens the drying time considerably, but the clothes themselves come out almost crease-free when the cycle is finished. As yet, I cannot speak for the cost of running the dryer which is relatively new to me but I have heard good reports in regard to this from an acquaintance whose opinion and advice I value and trust. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on this. "

"This is an excellent tumble dryer. It doesn’t heat up to a super hot heat immediately like much older tumble dryers so takes a little longer to dry but hopefully this means it’s more economical and won’t shrink things. However it does have a super quick cycle that will dry things very quickly if you prefer. It is extremely easy to use and looks great!"
