"I had an LG 50 inch , it was ok , picture, sound , but too much messing about with the guide , settings etc. we are in our seventies and to be honest I was glad when it broke.
Surfed the web , recommended the Samsung 55 , absolutely brilliant TV, easy to configure helped us with everything.

"So far so good. TV's OS (Operating System) is very responsive and the way it turns on or turns off is fantastic. Apps section is easy to Navigate to and the overall home screen displays the apps and other cluster which both intuitive and friendly.
Very sleak minimalist remote which comes woth the traditional Samsung remote as well. Over all gives plenty of connectivity options including Samsung Dex and bluetooth for auxilliary connections. I am fairly happy with the price of this unit"
