"Apart from the poor ergonomics of the remote control (or is it just us?), we love this Samsung TV. It's menu-heavy (turning subtitles on/off takes far too many clicks) but then it does an awful lot. And it does it well. And the display is brilliant. At first, I was disappointed to discover there was no audio out jack, but the sound quality and volume are so good it doesn't need an external soundbar or stereo system as we'd used with our previous TV."
