"Replaced old fan after moving into new house. Much improvement and fits well behind cupboard door. Instructions supplied were only picture based and took a while to work out the correct screws and pieces. After finally working out how to instal wasn’t too difficult but took a few hours. Is slightly noisy on top speed but would only use to clear severe smoke, so not really an issue. When cooking steak on a high heat using a cast iron pan, it successfully and quickly cleared the smoke. Decent upgrade if you are looking to replace an existing integrated hood. Took one star off for the lack of detail in the instructions. "
"This cooker hood was purchased to replace the cooker hood supplied with my kitchen refurbishment from a different but well known manufacturer. Whilst the body of the Neff hood is the same (I presume that most manufacturers use the same case) this overall Neff product is far superior with higher quality and washable metal filters and a good powerful ( if noisy) fan. Control buttons seem robust. A satisfied customer."
"It is hard to believe that this is a Neff product. It has a very tacky and flimsy feel, appears to have cheap components and has unclear and misleading instructions. Had always considered Neff a quality brand, and until now that has been our experience. I would suggest thinking very hard before purchasing this item. In addition it is very noisy on full power and is not silver, as stated, rather it is battleship grey. "
"This item was a direct replacement for a 20 year old neff model that had given up the ghost. The changes made over that time period make the extractor easier to clean and more efficient in terms of running costs and it has a very good level of extraction on even the lowest selection. a little noisy but a good overall purchase. Comes with a 2 year guarantee. "
