"I needed a new basic cooker and settled on this one. Excellent delivery service. Given a 2 hour time slot. Received a phone call from the delivery driver stating they would arrive within the hour. Unpacked the cooker and removed the old cooker. Both where polite and pleasant.

"Good budget cooker. Simple and straight forward to use oven. The only let down is the grill which is a hassle to use as the heat deflector has to be used which doesn't stay in place very well. No real problem for me as I use a separate air fryer/grill."
