"It may be an idea to rethink the amount of delivery packaging or try to make recyclable. Apart from that I like the machine, it's the second one I've had, so obviously not a long lasting machine. I'm not keen on the dial for setting the programme as it's hard to judge if you're on the line. It has all the programmes I need although I have only used Mixed with the Fast+ as I really don't want to wait for a two hour cycle which seems an excessive amount of time. All in all it does what it says, washes your clothes "
