"The replacement oven for the faulty one delivered initially works fine and does all it was advertised to do. Panasonic created difficulties by wanting to have the faulty oven repaired and not replaced but AO sorted the matter out immediately when contacted and delivered another oven the following day. The interface on the oven takes a bit of study as the instruction manual is not an example of clarity and is somewhat repetitive but once the controls are understood it is relatively simple. After using it over a couple of days i was completely satisfied with its performance."

"Expensive but leaves nothing out. Flat bed convection microwave. A smart addition to the kitchen. An abundance of functions. A minor irritation is the dimness of the control panel but we have quickly mastered it. Reading the very comprehensive manual requires patience and attention but worth it. Look forward to many years of satisfying ownership…very pleased."

"Love my new Panasonic microwave which replaces an old panasonic. Easy to use and a helpful instruction and recipe book supplied with it. Touch controls a change from my previous machine which had knobs but soon got used to them. Altogether very satisfied with it."

"I think it's great
Due to arthritis in my spine I can no longer bend over to use main oven
With this i can microwave, and grill and use it as a normal oven with movable shelves "
