"I have had a previous Panasonic flat bed microwave for years and was very impressed. Therefore, a new Panasonic was my first choice. I picked this model as you are able to use 2 shelves. So far, everything we have cooked has turned out well. The buttons are easy to use and understand. However, it would have been nice if the buttons were illuminated.
Overall very happy with the purchase.
