"The washer dryer was fitted but the engineer said there’s a fault in the machine. So we couldn’t use it until AO brought another machine to be fitted. Second machine turns up a week later, engineer has a look and tells us that the machine isn’t faulty it’s not been fitted correctly. So he fitted it properly and made sure it worked. They took the new one away. It was very inconvenient as my tenant has a child. AO are normally great but need to properly train there engineers "
