"Over the moon with my dryer.family of 6 needed it.what with school uniforms,work gear and 2 little ones under 2,thought l could depend on weather but to no avail,so had to invest in a dryer.and this one was does the job brilliant,it’s very efficient and reasonable priced in fact it was the cheapest.excellent value for money."

"Appalling ! This machine just doesn’t work it isn’t fit for purpose - it doesn’t dry as it just rolls the washing into a ball and never dries it. I was also told by hoover to get drying balls, like Janet who has also left an honest review. I have 12 balls in the machine and it still doesn’t work - their engineer told me that it won’t work because it only rotates clockwise therefore it will always just roll the washing into a ball therefore it will never dry the washing!! But I can’t get my money back or a replacement which rotates clockwise and anti-clockwise !!! Because I got the engineer out after 28 days. When I purchased the machine I was not told about the specification it didn’t say it only rotates clockwise and therefore it will not dry large items like towels or sheets unless they are place in individually pointless for a 9kg machine - it’s a joke and I feel conned!!!"
