"Purchased to replace the one we had, also a hotpoint which we'd had for years so wanted to stick with the same brand. All the fittings and fixtures were exactly the same as the old one so it was a really quick and easy fuss free instilation. A few more functions on this one but a quick read and we were soon getting rid of the pile of dishes that had backed up with the old one broken ??
No fuss delivery and the 2 lads couldn't have been more helpful and polite if they'd tried.. A credit to ao! The old one was removed for free and they even cleaned up after it. Perfect thanks ?? "

"It's a standard dishwasher, the controls are pretty easy to use and it cleans the dishes well and it doesn't leak. It is quieter than our previous dishwasher (but even it wasn't that noisy)."

"Tricky rating. The product description was not correct and it transpired it’s an error by AO - they described the dishwasher as a white control panel but it is actually stainless steel, white does not exist. Hopefully now the description has been changed… However, I cannot fault the sorting out of this error post delivery and the delivery itself was great. So I’ve got a great dishwasher and a great service by AO, however just initially had the wrong product. "
