Why oh why!
"Product is very good, sadly it took three goes to deliver one that used a parachute on its first drop!! Both initial and second attempt were damaged, causing me to loose a full freezers worth of food. Nothing has been forthcoming from AO to make any recompense for this. Not impressed!"

"Overall very good. Could do with an extra top bin (one is a bit mean) and could also do with having wheels to make moving it into place easier. Other than that though, it is functioning well."

"Delivered quickly, the team who delivered it were professional and polite.
The freezer works well, it got down to correct temperature in about an hour.
The only negative is the paint finish on the lid (hence 4*) it is very thin, and scratches easily. That aside it is quiet in operation and the quick freeze is quick the freezer is suitable for an out building (this has no self defrost capability) but I knew that when I purchased it.
Overall good value and does what it should."

"Really happy with our new freezer, it’s smart in black and has handles both front and sides. A bonus is that there is a light that comes on when you open the lid.
Although we thought it looked a little smaller than the old one it seems to have so much more room. "
