"Really pleased with this machine, bought to replace a 9kg Samsung that survived for 9 years. I was a bit worried about choosing a "cheaper" brand, but so far I have been delighted with the results of each washing programme used.
You do need to read the manual, and be prepared to increase the spin intensity before pressing start if you want the 1400rpm spin, because it seems to choose 1000rpm as default. Some of the programmes don't allow you to choose between the full range of spin settings which is a bit annoying, I like to be able to choose even if it isn't the optimal setting for that kind of fabric.
I find the allergy steam setting excellent, the cotton and mixed settings are at least as good as my previous machine, and after recently using the "down" setting to clean a duvet before storing it for the summer found it did a very good job.
It's a 10kg machine and I think the door must be a bit wider than my old machine because it is a lot easier to stuff a duvet inside. "
