"This product has exceeded our expectations, we owned a Bosch machine before and thought that was good but the new machines clean better, are more economical and quieter. This model has a cutlery tray rather than a basket and this makes loading & unloading very easy, and also improves space on the lower cages for plates and pans etc. cages are also very flexible with easy height adjustment and plate holders that fold down to create more space.
I thought the “smart” features would be a waste of time but have proven to be very useful for creating customised programmes and to get notifications of when the cycle has finished.
It was also very easy to install, but beware the door fitting template and double check all dimensions first as the template can be a bit misleading."

"This is my 3rd Bosch dishwasher. I had the previous one for nearly 10 years and was pleased enough with that one that I went with Bosch again. Initial setup was very simple, including the smartphone app (I don’t use the app but I did set it up out of curiosity). Operation is simple and the dishwasher cleans and dries well. The dishwasher didn’t come with a cutlery basket. Fortunately we had the cutlery basket from the old dishwasher so we have used that but I’d have been disappointed if we didn’t have one."
