"This review is probably not a true reflection of the machine. Mine arrived with an ill fitting control panel, couldn’t use WiFi as it wouldn’t recognise machine. When registering it, it came up as a candy machine. I know they are Hoover-Candy but if they’re the same machine, I’ve paid more for a ‘Hoover’’. To empty the water from condenser, to get kick plate off you have to really pull it, no hinge so it crashes to the floor (this could just be a problem with mine). However, after sales are very good (if a bit slow) and I’m now waiting for a replacement. If my machine wasn’t faulty I’d just say it’s noisier than I thought it would be and if it’s standard for no hinges on the kick plate then that’s not good as it will eventually break. "
