"First impressions are everything....It has a quiet mode...but it's so quiet in normal operation why would I need it?; my cutlery comes out looking pristine now (so it WAS the old dishwasher that was causing the cutlery to tarnish!); and it holds more in the main body of the dishwasher because the cutlery has a separate drawer. 'See, I told you we should have got a Bosch!' I can hear my wife saying..."
"This dishwasher an old, broken Bosch. The new one is better in many respects. First, the cutlery tray is a major improvement on the old "basket" system. We thought it might be more tedious and time-consuming using this, but we were wrong! Although it takes a few moments more when adding cutlery, removing it after washing is so much easier and quicker. It also frees up much more space in the lower basket - the unit is essentially the same size as our old one, it "feels" much larger. The extra programs and the height-adjustable upper basket are also good, but the other best feature for us is the "extra dry" button, which gives an absolutely bone-dry wash-load. No dripping cutlery or pools in upturned crockery. Superb, and a major improvement."
