"This oven is easy to use, the instructions came with guidelines on cooking times on some items regularly used and hears up quickly. My only criticism of the oven is it only came with one shelf, but managed to get another one from elsewhere. "

"Everything seems fine a few weeks on, I would have given a five but for the fact it only came with one wire tray, so you have to buy another separately. "
