"Only just had this oven fitted , sorry my mistake butb I didn't realise it was only a Dan oven and cannot be ysed as a conventional oven...so not sure how it will be with say a beef joint or anything else bulky . Also on the timer setting there is a picture of a hand , which the instructions tell me is so I can use tge oven without the timer...but....the dial will not turn to this setting ? Can someone please explain how I select this setting and if not why is it on the dial . Eagerly awaiting answers . "
