"Disappointed in this washer/dryer. I really thought I did my due diligence and had found a mid-range washer dryer that was small enough to fit into my kitchen, however very disappointed. The machine completely broke after 4.5 weeks, so waited for 2 whole weeks for an engineer to visit and ultimately deliver a new machine, only for this to start making loud noises on the spin cycle 2 weeks after getting the second new machine.
This shouldn’t be happening with such a new machine. Currently waiting for engineer to review second washer/dryer, hoping this can be resolved quicker than the first time. "
