"AO customer service fantastic as always, delivery team were brilliant. Dishwasher is really good in terms of cleaning, cycles are really quiet however the door is really really springy, it’s been mentioned on an earlier review but it does not stay down without the bottom rack being about a third full. Great value product - be aware of the springy door!!!!"
"The door doesn’t stay open and I’ve hurt myself on it twice - it needs at least two or three plates to weight it down. My builder said that’s apparently to do with the springs on this model, and that’s not something you can change."
