"AO were excellent and delivered it on time. First the positives. It dries the clothes well and is quiet. Product is a little disappointing for two reasons. The first is that the tank is down at floor level, so you have to practically get down on your knees to access it. No good if you had mobility issues. Secondly, the information booklet isn’t as clear as I would like. I am still struggling to work out how the timings work on one of the settings. Very difficult to understand. The preset settings are easy but run for far too long. "
