"Machine installations instructions especially the installation of the insulation and bib to the front of the machine were a bit lacking.
Insulation on the front seemed a bit cheap and Heath Robinson and in mr opinion ,it should have been factory fitted!!
The cutlery draw on our machine is stiff and notch to pull out once past the first extension. this draw function feels cheap and looks it.
Machine was a bit noisy for the first few uses, but has quietened down now. Plate and bowl stacking on the bottom draw, because of it's sideways set up seems less useable than the front to back method.
