"I'm going to award 5 stars to AO for excellent service even though I had to return the TV.
The reason - I needed a TV with a central stand (so many have legs that won't fit on a TV table). What I didn't realise (and it does not say in the description) is that this is a fixed stand - you can't swivel the TV around!
Unfortunately that was a Show Stopper for me, because of the way we use our TV for Zoom classes. But the Return process worked well and AO refunded our money almost before the van had gone down the road. So I will use them again for sure!"

Might need extra sound bar, as problems adjusting the volume, which is under the bottom of the screen. Overall, pleased with my purchase"

"Superb picture and sound. The detail and black levels are great, giving good contrast, even in a brightly lit room. I really like the way the remote has a sort of 'wand' function like a mouse pointer, so you don't need to click around too much to navigate. Recommended TV"
