"Disappointed with the oven. It states grill pan/drip tray but there's no rack in it, how are you supposed to grill, just let the food float around in fat? Luckily I kept the rack from my old one. Also the shelves don't go high enough to grill closely to crisp etc. The ceramic hob is okay but marked immediately on first use. I wish I'd bought a different make. The service/installation from AO superb as always."
