"We bought this dishwasher in December 2023 & it stopped working in November 2024 (drain pump failure & motherboard). Despite repeated calls to Hisense & thereafter Pacifica Group, we were told that there was a delay in parts supply, so we had to wash up by hand over Christmas & New Year (I appreciate this is a first-world problem!) Finally, at the end of January 2025, Hisense gave up trying to arrange a repair & offered us a refund. Needless to say we won't be buying Hisense again!"

"I really like our new dishwasher and appears to wash and dry the items well. The inside is smaller than I thought it would be but it just about copes with a family of 5. I love the top cutlery drawer! Lots of programme options which we’re trying to work out and I’m trying to work out the app too. All a bit of a learning curve. Really happy with it. "
"Purchased as a replacement to an 8 year old Beko which was on the way out!
Opted to fit ourself which took about an hour and a half with a little help from a YouTube guide. It was fairly straight forward, the most difficult bit was fitted our kitchen door onto this integrated dishwasher due to having a different machine previously but managed it in the end!
So far so good, loads of space and love the cutlery tray over the basket in my previous machine. Wi-fi cabability is also a nice touch.
