"Have mixed feelings. This is a replacement machine provided by Hisense as the original machine developed a fault after only 18 months. The fault related to the water inlet and after 2 engineer visits and countless chasing, the company advised they could not supply the new part needed and so replaced the machine instead. Went straight back to AO again as their service is excellent."
