Dishwasher

"Washes well and a lot quieter than my old one

Enough programmes to cover needs

Cutlery Drawer is a great feature as is the door open feature

The salt department is in a better position being on the left hand side my old machine it was on the right side which meant I had to lean over an open door to fill salt department

Overall with happy with Purchase "

Customer Rating:

Didn't actually clean properly

"While this looks great and has lots of settings, it doesn't actually make anything clean properly. Not sure if I just had a faulty one, but ran on several different setting over around 10 days and every time things were coming out dirty still so returned and got a Bosch one instead."

Customer Rating:

Poor design feature

"No problem with the machine's performance but almost imposible to level the machine when it's in situ due to difficult access to the adjusting feet. Hotpoint's advice was to prop the machine up on a can to acess the feet , try doing that when it's in place under a worktop !"

Customer Rating:

Nice but.....

"The good - Quiet, cutlery draw at top is a nice feature, finishes when the dishes are clean and dry, plenty of cycles, cleans dishes well.

The bad - a lot of the slots in the baskets are too narrow for my dinner service (Denby). The baskets are two close together and larger plates have to be placed carefully so they don't interfere with upper washer arm (although I am still investigating if the upper basket is movable."

Customer Rating:

Annoying fault.

"Our new dishwasher does the job brilliantly but had a fault from day one. The salt warning light flashed all the time . After 3 unsuccessful engineer visits the machine was replaced. The replacement machine has the same fault."

Customer Rating:

Nice Dishwasher but 'ActiveDry' unreliable

"Decent space and good dishwasher in general but had to have Hotpoint out to repair already (within 30 days of receipt).

The Arm that pushes the door open to dry got stuck open and prevented us using the dishwasher. Common fault according to the engineer (and the internet). "
