"It doesn’t fit a normal sized plate in the bottom rack! After paying to have it installed we have realised this and now I’m either forced to buy smaller plates (ours are a standard size!) or a new dishwasher! "

"Service from AO was great, good communication regarding the delivery.
Machine is nice and I had it installed professionally, there is a minor fault with the soap powder dispenser, it won’t click closed so the tablet just drops into the machine at the beginning of the program.
It’s been very difficult to get a hold of anyone at AO now to help resolve the issue.
Oh well it all started so well.
