"Arrived with the freezer top shelf missing. After 4 weeks and 4 incorrect shelves it was exchanged for the same product. However it is not as pictured, the top section of the freezer is now a white plastic OPEN sliding draw...no front on it. Pretty useless but I cannot muster up the life in me to complain for another 4 weeks."
