Great product - Great service AO service, but BEKO exclude one door shelf - Why?
"Arrived well packed/protected with no damage or issues at all. The delivery guys were great, very careful and very helpful and polite. We were going to opt for a different make but although you seemed to get more for your money with other cheaper brands, our research indicated that their reliability and customer after sales service provided by the manufacturer is awful. Most of the cheaper brands are made in China which do not appear to have good quality control checks and appear to fail prematurely, so generally unreliable. Hence we decided to pay a bit more and get this Beko Model. And so clad we did, as it is very quiet compared to our older fridge freezer , which now we realize sounded quite noisy compared to this. It is very good value for money, and we decided on Beko because we have other Beko appliances and never really had any issues with any of them, plus their customer service appears generally better than the Chinese manufactured fridge/freezers. However, i do have one Negative Comment which is that there is an empty space/gap in the door to fit another shelf, so you are short of one door shelf, which looks odd. But buying another door shelf from Beko is very expensive and over-priced especially when you have to factor in delivery - a rip off really. Which is annoying as really it should come with a full Compliment of Shelves! - BEKO TAKE NOTE!"
