"Very poor impression given how good the previous version that we had had for 12+ years was. There is no comparison! Am finding this very difficult to come to terms with and would not have bought it if I had realised in advance - despite the very detailed research we thought we had done. The book provided by Neff is useless and in a lot of cases the instructions are 'plain wrong'. If you buy this, believe me when I say 'you are on your own'. Not recommended."

"Positives: Simple to use. Sleek external design. Does what it’s supposed to.
Slight negatives: fan makes a slight rattle and the internal spot light isn’t centred. "

FITS THE BILL
"The oven was a replacement for a previous Neff oven, so we were pleasantly surprised it had all the original features plus more.
The only downside is that it only comes with only one quite flimsy shelf, but it is adequate.
