Good fridge space, freezer space compromised by the frost free feature.

"Looks good, decent amount of shelves inside the fridge. Not entirely convinced the lights in the salad crisper will do anything.

The fans at the back of the freezer reduce the amount of space, you can take the drawers out and stack directly on the glass shelves. I’d rather trade a little bit of space for never needing to defrost the freezer though.

The fans for the frost free feature seem to run nearly constantly which does produce a quiet hum. "

Funky lights in my new fridge freezer ??

"I needed a new fridge freezer and shopped around for a Beko with similar dimensions to my old fridge freezer. I was intrigued by the Beko "Harvest Fresh" 50/50 fridge freezer, as it has been designed to keep fruit, vegetables & salad fresher for longer periods in the crisper drawer.

After delivery and installation (quick plug in), I left the fridge freezer for a few hours to settle before filling it. Noticeably, the freezer drawers are a wee bit smaller in capacity than what I previously had, but no biggie if you're prepared to remove all of the food from the packing and store it in plastic bags. So far, so good ??

The fridge itself feels a bit more spacious than my old fridge, and an alarm sounds of the door is left open for a minute or so - excellent for those who are easily distracted ??

The crisper drawer has a backlight which lights up blue, green & red at 4 hour intervals to simulate daylight then remains off for 12 hours of darkness......then the lights go on in rotational order on each occasion that the door is opened. Feels fresh, modern and dare I say it.....funky ??

Although it's only been 1 week of ownership, I'm impressed with this fridge freezer ????

"Quiet and well designed. Quite basic but does everything I need. My only reservation is the stainless steel finish is seems to dent easily particularly on the edge of the door"
