"I bought this fridge freezer to replace my Miele which had suddenly stopped working and also because I wanted something with a 50/50 split for a good amount of space. This model has really good freezer capacity with 4 drawers, the only downside is that the fridge is slightly less spacious than I would have liked compared to my old fridge freezer, but it still offers excellent value for money and looks very smart and fits in well with the rest of the kitchen. The delivery lads very great too. I am very happy with my purchase."

Why only 3 stars then ?

To be honest my previous fridge freezer had a drink dispenser and all the LED lights/controls were on the outside….. and I miss them !!! My wife chose this one when the previous one died and as you know this type of item needs to be replaced quickly so I hurried into the purchase.

Whilst I do love the size and with the moveable shelves it will fulfill all your needs for ‘doing the job’ there’s a few personal pet peeves that you might wish to consider…

You have to open up the door to check the temperature and access all the controls and you need to keep the door open to make adjustments when you fill up after a shop. And while you’re doing all that, the alarm is going off, the interior light is flashing and you’re losing the required temperature…..!

If none of that matters to you and you don’t mind just having a big silver/grey box in your kitchen and size is what’s of premium importance then ok it’s a 5 STAR.

"Great fridge/freezer. Loads of room for everything. The flashing light telling you the fridge door has been left open is a little annoying when you are looking for something. Maybe I should read the instructions to see if I can turn that off!!"
