"Having owned two previous dryers this is the best so far. The water collection in the door is a genius design with a perfect pour for my outdoor plants. The drying times are not excessive and the clothes especially bedding do not tie themselves into knots and a tight ball. Set up was easy to connect to WiFi and controlling the tumbler via my iPhone is simple, actually so far I have not used the controls via the tumbler. Recommend. "
